In this course, you will learn how to get the most from the third party review process to ensure you submit a superbly-written, completely comprehensive, relevant government proposal.
Teach your reviewers how to:
- Analyze your proposal against the RFP
- Review the agreement arrangement (Team, Sub, JV, etc)
- Identify deficiencies based on weak or non-responsive technical
- Understand agency Evaluation Factors, Performance Work Statement and QASP
- Write a Debriefing/Notice of Deficiencies
A clear charge to the
reviewers, with well-defined criteria for evaluation and superior instructions
for completing the review, is key to a successful review.
