Are You bidding on Government Contracts and not winning?

If you already have experience marketing to the government but not winning contracts, this is the course for you. This course is designed to help you in the two most common deficiencies in government contracts, pricing and proposal compliance.

It’s not even enough to send your team through government contracting seminars and expecting them to convert facts and head knowledge to proficiency and skills in the federal contracting space. If you truly want to win federal contracts, you need the hands-on experience bidding on government contracts. That's what most would-be government contractors don't get the opportunity to experience.

But that' just what this course offers.

Welcome to The Road to Government Contracts training program. For the next six weeks, you and your team will learn how to find and bid on government contracting opportunities in a real-world simulation of the process successful organizations use to win federal contracts.

For the next six weeks, you and your team will assume the role of federal contractor while the Contracts and Grants team act as the government agency with whom you are placing a bid. Your job is to do what it takes to win (ethically) a government contract as a supplier for our agency.

You will experience each step of the bid process from identification of an opportunity, to submitting your federal proposal, to evaluation, and finally to debriefing.

This six-week course is designed to work with key members of your team, including your marketing and accounting personnel.

The Road to Government Contracts Course includes:

  • Weekly group Q&A sessions
  • Evaluation of your final project (including a written debriefing)
  • SIX hours of custom one-on-one time with a subject matter expert during which time you may wish to review homework, get feedback from the C&G team, or you may use your one-on-one time to let our experts strengthen your proposal and increase your chances of winning your bid

You can purchase additional one-on-one time at a discounted rate of $85 per hour when you purchase either of the Find and Win Federal Contract bundles. Once purchased, you can use your one-on-one time at any point during your training.

Tuition

One-time payment of $3,000 per organization per RFP

Contracts and Grants, LLC encourages Fast Track participants to complete the training program with their teaming partners. You can choose multiple teaming partners to help reduce the cost of the training. As well, going through the training program with your team partner can give both your organization and your partners' organizations a good idea of how the partnership will look in real life.

This is a good opportunity for you to assess whether your selected teaming partners are a good fit for your company during both the bidding process and in fulfilling the contract requirements once a federal contract has been awarded.

We encourage you to consider this option when your budget and/or workforce reaches its capacity. We welcome the opportunity to participate in a consortium with like-minded companies. This is a GREAT way to ease into the government marketplace.

Payment Plan

We also offer a payment plan. Fast Track participants can enroll in the course with a $500 non-refundable deposit, and six equal monthly payments of $416.

Post-Program Benefits

One of the key advantages of being a Fast Track participant is the ongoing business development support we offer.

In the months after your team (including your teaming partners) graduates from the Fast Track Academy's six-week program, you are eligible to receive ongoing support through Group Q&A sessions, Office Hours, and One-on-One sessions. Your support includes:

  • Reduced rate for future training sessions and courses
